I’m normally not a big “product review” kinda guy. And I’m not going to be here either. But I had the opportunity to use Affmeter for a couple weeks and to chat with Firuze Okten Gokce (who is the CEO of Affmeter) and boy, was that enlightening. If anyone is obsessed with doing affiliate marketing, it’s Firuze. And she has it nailed with Affmeter.
If you have offers you run from more than one network, or more than one website, or any combination thereof… You need Affmeter. Let’s say you are running offers from Shareasale, CJ, and MediaTrust. How are you figuring out which offers are best? Looking it up online and guessing? Writing it all down? Downloading reports into custom spreadsheets? What a silly waste of time. With Affmeter you just add the network, drop in your user/pass, and you do this with each network. That’s it. No, really, that’s it. Within a couple minutes you’ve got a complete picture of your offers, CTRs, conversions and more.

But as Billy Mays used to say… “But wait, there’s more”. Lets say your running offers from a couple dating sites. Which one is bringing in more money? Higher quality traffic? etc. You can set up a “Merchant Monitor” in Affmeter to watch merchants your tracking. In other words, automated A-B testing results. Now that’s powerful stuff.

And you don’t need to be a financial guru to understand Affmeter either. But, it does take a bit of getting used to. I mean, come on… All my networks revenue and statistics on one page? My A-B merchant testing on a single page? My Google Adwords PPC data matched with my merchant offers? How can I cope with not crunching numbers, feeling it in my gut, and rebuilding spreadsheets every time a network makes a change?
And (more Billy Mays), “But Wait, there’s More”. Firuze shared with me where she wants to take Affmeter after they get every network on the planet on it (and there are 54 supported networks now, and a way you can import data from non-integrated networks)… I’m not going to talk about things Firuze and I talked about that are private. But I will say Affmeter has a very powerful future and you want in on that. Like now.
Oh, just because of the times… Affmeter paid me nothing. Firuze paid me nothing. I took no money or product (outside of a limited demo, no live produt). Besides, I’ll pay Firuze the $14.95/month (or $129.95/year for the budget conscious) anyway. It’s worth every penny.
